• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety concerns.
• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers.
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

  How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at cambodiaeshc@gmail.com or by phone at 016 919 316 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will assess your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Prepare the Package: Securely pack the items in the original packaging and include any accompanying accessories and documents. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
  4. Ship the Item: Return the package via a traceable mail service to the address provided by our customer service. We recommend keeping the shipping receipt until your return is processed.

  Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, typically within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer service.
